In 1989, two young newlyweds, Matt, a US Coast Guard Veteran from Roselle, NJ and Becki, a well-traveled college student from Patchogue, Long Island, New York, moved to the Jersey shore and used their wedding money to open a small 600 sqft store. In the mid 90's, as the populations of Central New Jersey rapidly grew, they focused and specialized in nursery furniture & children's bedroom furniture . They developed a reputation for carrying well-made furniture offered at reasonable prices, and backed by exceptional customer service.
Four kids and more than 30 years later, that same reputation still holds true in baby and kids furniture. With their expanded 12,000 sq. ft. showroom, they now display over 100 nursery and kids' bedroom collections - the most bedrooms displayed under one roof than anywhere else in the state of New Jersey.

Over the course of many decades, even through recessions and pandemics and everything else the world has thrown our way, Matt transformed his self-made company into all that it is today - New Jersey's largest children's furniture store! As a US Coast Guard Veteran and a loving family man, he treats everyone that walks through the door like family and he raised his children to walk in his footsteps and do just the same! We pride ourselves on our "no-pressure" sales ethics and just want everyone to feel informed, educated and comfortable when making such an important purchase at such an exciting time in their life. As a dedicated mother of 4, Becki's ability to multi-task and still make her contributions to the store make her our super hero! After dedicating years of her life to the growth and success of Kids Bedroom Gallery alongside her husband Matt, she now gets to proudly watch from the sidelines as 2 of her children now run the show. Despite that, you will still often find her in the showroom on busy weekends helping out our customers and lending out her professional opinion on many things that often times overwhelm first time mothers. She's been there before too, and now she has made it her goal in life to make it so much easier for everyone else to make educated and well-informed decisions.
Rae (AKA Rae Rae) is a multi-talented woman who is extremely passionate about helping others and it is evident in the way she interacts with everyone who walks through our doors. She is not just the manager here at our store but she is also a holistic childbirth educator and doula who has helped countless families welcome their new additions to the world in addition to helping them furnish their nursery. She is also an accomplished interior decorator who has transformed our family's store into a beautiful and welcoming space, and once you get to meet her you'll know exactly why it's so easy to love her! Rae has brought a fresh perspective to our family business and has helped it immensely grow and thrive. Matt has quickly become an integral part of our showroom & daily operations ever since he got out of the US Coast Guard (just like his Dad). He has a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in helping customers find what they need. His friendly and approachable personality makes him a hit with customers, and his extensive knowledge on all that we sell has helped our store grow immensely. Matt Jr. has become an essential part of our team and our customers love getting to pick his brain and hear his professional opinions.
Jeremy, Becki's younger brother and Rae's godfather is the man behind the curtain here at our East Brunswick showroom. He is truly a man who wears many hats and his presence in this family business is what helps keep things running smoothly. Whether it's calling for an update on your order or inquiring about any service issues that you may have, Jeremy runs the office and handles everything behind the scenes to ensure that our customers continue to experience the best customer service even after the sale has been made.
